Case 1

Before After

At a young age, this young lady had trauma to her front teeth. She eventually had to lose her top two teeth (dark teeth in top photo). The x-ray shown, shows 2 dental implants used to help get back her smile. In the end, she had a porcelain bridge placed over the dental implants. She is back to looking and functioning great!

Case 2

Before After

This is an example of a patient who chipped her front tooth. Dr. Morgan fixed it with composite bonding which is a tooth-colored material that bonds to the remaining tooth structure.

Case 3

Before After

This patient is an example of years of wear and chipping on her lower front teeth. She did not like the appearance of them and they were rough to her tongue. The problem was fixed by placing composite bonding, a tooth-colored material, to four of her lower teeth.

Case 4

Before After

This patient wanted to feel better smiling. He did not like his genetically 'small teeth', the gaps between his teeth and he wanted them whiter. His treatment first consisted of professional take-home whitening. He then chose to have porcelain veneers completed on his upper six and lower six front teeth. Porcelain veneers are made by a dental lab technician, working from a model provided by your dentist. They are thin, tooth-colored shells, which go over the patient's natural teeth.

Case 6

Before After

This patient wanted to change the color and shape of her teeth. After a round of professional whitening provided by our office, she had four ceramic crowns placed on her top teeth. She was very pleased with the final result

Case 7

Before After

This patient unfortunately lost a front tooth at a young age. He chose to have his missing tooth replaced by a dental implant. Dental implants are an excellent long-term option for restoring your smile and are designed to blend with your other teeth. Implants are usually placed by an oral surgeon or periodontist, and then the tooth is connected by your general dentist.

Case 8

Before After

This is another patient who chose to replace her missing tooth with a dental implant.

Case 9

Before After

This patient did not like the yellowing of her teeth and the 'notched' or 'recessed' areas at her gum line. To attain the best cosmetic result, she first used a professional take-home whitening kit provided by our office. She then had porcelain crowns or caps placed over her natural teeth to help her get the best cosmetic result possible.

Case 10

Before After

This patient did not like the short yellowing appearance of his top teeth. He choose to do 6 front crowns to change the overall shape and color of his top teeth. In addition, he completed a round of professional whitening provided by our office.

Case 11

Before After

Unfortunately for this young boy, he had trauma to his front tooth causing it to chip and turn dark. The trauma led to the need for a root canal in his front tooth. After the root canal, for the best esthetic result, we did bleaching/whitening with the take-home kit and also inside the tooth that had the root canal treatment. Lastly, composite bonding was completed to help mask the chip of the tooth.

Case 12

Before After

This is another example of a patient who chipped his front teeth. The teeth were fixed with composite bonding which is a tooth-colored material that bonds to the remaining tooth structure.

Case 13

Before After

When this patient presented to our office, he had a few issues that were concerning him most. His front tooth was ‘dark and crooked’ and he also had a baby tooth that when he smiled looked like a ‘space’ because the tooth was so small. After removal of two top bad teeth, a 6-unit (meaning 6 teeth total) bridge was fabricated and cemented permanently in his mouth to solve his problems. A bridge is linked to your strong teeth and literally “bridges” the gap between missing teeth. The final result looked great!

Case 14

Before After

This patient did not like the yellowing of her teeth and the line on her front tooth. Dr. Morgan chose to beautify her smile with porcelain veneers. Veneers are thin, custom made shells crafted from tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front side of the teeth. The final result was beautiful and the patient was very happy. Note- the redness on the gums is due to pictures being taken day of placement. The gums can be irritated from the temporary veneers that she was wearing for a few weeks and they will heal normally.
